Tricia Wachsmann

Patricia (“Tricia”) Wachsmann is a real estate and transactional attorney. She represents clients across all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, and contract negotiations. She advises realtors, title companies, lenders, developers, and business owners in preparing and reviewing loan and real estate documents, ensuring compliance with Texas law and guiding deals to successful closing.

In addition to her real estate practice, Tricia has taught continuing education courses to realtors and escrow officers statewide, keeping industry professionals informed on Texas real estate laws, contracts, and regulations. 

Patricia also brings a unique perspective from her 15 years as a small business owner, where she built and managed a successful client-focused enterprise. That experience informs her practical, business-oriented approach to client counseling today.

  • Drafted, reviewed, and certified loan and real estate transaction documents to ensure compliance with Texas law for a multi-million-dollar client.
  • Counseled realtors, escrow officers, and title companies on Texas real estate laws and contracts.
  • Assisted in managing complex mergers and acquisitions, including purchase agreements, confidentiality agreements, and closing checklists.
