Saira Gandhi is a Paralegal at MW Law, where she supports complex private securities and real estate transactions with precision, efficiency, and a strong commitment to client service.

Working within MW Law's transactional practice alongside Senior Paralegal Katrina Hopkins, Saira handles a range of critical responsibilities, like drafting loan documents, operating agreements, and entity formation filings, and assisting clients through the process of obtaining EINs and Form IDs. Her work supports the seamless execution of transactions across multiple practice areas, ensuring that every detail is handled accurately and on time.

Since joining MW Law in October 2025, Saira has established herself as a reliable and detail-oriented contributor to the firm's transactional team. Her ability to quickly absorb the demands of a complex legal environment and deliver consistent, high-quality work reflects both her preparation and her dedication to the role.

Saira holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Journalism, with a minor in Legal Studies, from the University of Arkansas. Her academic background brings a sharp analytical lens and strong communication skills to her legal work, qualities that translate directly into her effectiveness as a paralegal in a fast-moving transactional practice.
