
Rozbeh Sororian is Director of Strategy & Revenue Growth at MW Law, where he leads the firm's commercial growth strategy across its CRE, private securities, syndications, fund formation, and M&A practice.
Rozbeh brings a rare combination of legal industry insight, sales leadership, and entrepreneurial experience to his role. At MW Law, a boutique powerhouse structuring over $3 billion in annual transactions, he drives channel development, client acquisition, and the operational infrastructure that supports sustainable revenue growth. He works directly with the firm's partners to build go-to-market systems, vertical playbooks, and partnership networks across sponsors, brokers, lenders, and institutional capital partners.
His impact extends beyond the firm. As Director of Thirdparties.com, he leads growth for a curated CRE due diligence marketplace that simplifies the ordering of ALTA Surveys, PCAs, and Phase 1 ESAs for brokers, lenders, and transaction teams nationwide. Through Concordia Advisory Group, his consultancy, he advises small and mid-sized companies on sales enablement, revenue scaling, and commercial real estate strategy.
Before entering the CRE space, Rozbeh spent nearly a decade at Paycom building and leading high-performance sales teams across multiple markets, rising to New Jersey Area Manager before departing as Senior Executive Sales Representative. His earlier career includes co-founding LunchClik, a DFW-based restaurant social commerce platform, experiences that shaped the entrepreneurial and strategic lens he brings to everything he does.
Rozbeh is a long-time Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters, a former college lacrosse player, and a committed mentor. He is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
