With three years at MW Law and a background that spans both the title and legal sides of real estate practice, Lea brings a well-rounded perspective to her role. Before joining MW Law, she gained hands-on experience at a title company, developing a foundational understanding of the title process that continues to inform and strengthen her work on the legal and operational side of the firm.

At MW Law, Lea supports attorneys across a range of transactional matters, assisting with billing, client intake, and the day-to-day operational tasks that keep the firm running smoothly. Her in-office presence ensures that attorneys and clients have consistent, reliable support at every stage of a transaction.
