Katrina Hopkins

As Senior Paralegal at MW Law, Katrina is the operational backbone behind some of the firm's most complex real estate and corporate matters. She manages the documents that define transactions, protect clients, and keep deals on track, from SEC filings and corporate governance records to foreclosure instruments, escrow packages, and LLC formation documents. The details that attorneys depend on. The precision that clients never see but always benefit from.

Katrina's career at MW Law spans more than six years and two distinct paralegal roles, each building on the last. She has drafted Deeds in Lieu of Foreclosure, Notices of Default, and Hard Money Loan packages for investors. She has formed business entities across Texas and Delaware, prepared Operating Agreement packages for new LLCs, and managed intake for large real estate investor clients, all while handling attorney billing and keeping the operational machinery of a busy firm running smoothly.

Katrina's foundation is as strong as her work. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Government, with a concentration in Legal Studies, from Texas Woman's University, where she was inducted into Sigma Alpha Pi, The National Society of Leadership and Success. Her Associate of Arts and Sciences in Legal Assistant/Paralegal Studies from Collin County Community College, earned with Phi Theta Kappa honors, reflects the academic discipline she brings to everything she does. She is also a licensed Texas Notary.

Her combination of academic preparation, hands-on transactional experience, and operational range makes Katrina an integral part of MW Law's ability to deliver exceptional client service.
