Inara Tejani

Inara Tejani serves as Senior Attorney at MW Law, where she focuses on private equity transactions, corporate governance, and private fund formation matters.

Inara brings experience advising a diverse range of clients, including private equity funds, private companies, and family-owned businesses, on complex transactional and governance matters. Her practice encompasses acquisitions and dispositions, corporate governance, and the formation, structuring, and management of private investment funds. Her transactional background allows her to guide clients through the full lifecycle of a deal, from structuring and negotiation to execution and post-closing matters.

Prior to joining MW Law, Inara developed her practice as an associate in the Private Equity practice at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP, a nationally recognized AmLaw firm, where she advised clients across the same core areas she brings to her work today. That foundation, built within one of the country's most respected corporate practices, gives her a strong command of sophisticated transactional work and the client service standards that complex matters demand.

Inara earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law and is licensed to practice in Texas. Her legal education at one of the nation's leading law schools, combined with her private equity and corporate transactional experience at a major firm, positions her as a capable and knowledgeable addition to MW Law's growing corporate and transactional practice.
