Chelsea Green serves as Chief Operating Officer of MW Law, where she leads the firm's operational strategy, infrastructure, and performance management initiatives. With more than 14 years of executive-level experience in law firm operations, Chelsea brings a proven track record of scaling firms, strengthening financial performance, and building high-accountability leadership teams.

Chelsea has spent her career partnering closely with founders and managing partners to translate vision into execution. She has led firms through periods of rapid growth, from early-stage buildouts to multi-eight-figure revenue operations, by implementing disciplined operational frameworks, financial rigor, and people-first leadership systems. Her approach integrates strategic planning, KPI alignment, financial oversight, and team development to ensure that growth is both intentional and sustainable.

At MW Law, Chelsea oversees firm-wide operations including financial performance, budgeting and forecasting, compensation structures, process optimization, technology implementation, human resources, and long-term strategic planning. She works closely with the partners to ensure alignment between origination, service delivery, and profitability, while maintaining the firm's strong client-centered culture.
