Branden Lankford

Branden is a corporate attorney specializing in mergers & acquisitions and

private securities at MW Law. His practice focuses on representing private

equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and other public and private

companies in complex domestic and international business transactions,

including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and private

equity and venture capital investments. His practice also focuses on assisting

experienced and emerging fund managers with fund formations, joint

venture structuring, and securities compliance related to private equity

investment.

Branden also advises clients in connection with the negotiation of

commercial contracts and corporate governance. He has advised clients

across a broad range of industries, including energy and energy transition,

infrastructure, technology, healthcare, real estate, food & beverage and

financial services.

Prior to joining MW Law, Branden gained valuable experience as an Associate

and Senior Associate at highly regarded AmLaw firms that serve public,

private and private-equity-backed clients
