Kavish Wazirali is a Founding Partner with MW Law and focuses his law practice on routine and complex real estate and title closing services.

Admitted to the State Bar of Texas, Kavish focuses on applying real estate transaction law to both routine and complex title closings across Texas. With a background in business management, Kavish understands the value of ROI and the opportunity costs involved with lengthy closing periods. He helps clients foresee title closing hindrances, formulates a detailed plan to eliminate those obstacles, maximizes efficiency and minimizes time spent during the title closing process. In addition to providing title closing services, Kavish’s practice involves drafting and reviewing purchase & sale agreements, lease reviews, and title commitment and survey reviews.

Since co-founding MW Law, Kavish has closed all asset types, ranging from raw land deals, single family home portfolio, and 100,000+ sq ft. industrial complexes, all classes of office building and multifamily assets, to 250+ condominium construction loan. He has helped clients overcome challenges involved with defeasance transactions, 1031 exchanges, and Government Sponsored Enterprise (“GSE”) transcations.

Kavish received his J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law and BS in Operations Management from Purdue University. During his time through school, Kavish developed a strong sense of empowering youth and spent time mentoring local community high school student through the Big Brothers and Big Sisters of America program and continues mentorship through local community and religious programs. Professionally, Kavish is deeply passionate and active in real estate investing and continues to contribute to the investor community by serving as Board Member of Dallas Golden Investment Club. 

In his spare time, Kavish enjoys playing volleyball (preferably beachside), checking off travel destinations from his bucket list, and  outdoor activities that get him  involved with family and friends.
